All forensic services provided by the PsychExperts & Associates, Inc. are billed at a rate of $100.00 – $200.00 per hour depending on the extent of services needed .
Services include, but are not limited to:
Psychological Evaluations; Clinical Interviews; Behavioral Observations of Family Interactions; Record Review; Report Writing; Court Testimony; Court Preparation Time; Court Deposition Time; Individual Therapy; Travel & Wait Time.
Payment Policy
In most cases, when an Attorney retains a psychologist from PsychExperts & Associates, Inc, a $2,000 retainer is requested prior to beginning a forensic evaluation. In the case of child custody evaluations, a $3,000 retainer is required. Fees for services are billed directly to the attorney/law firm and not to the attorney’s client.
If the psychologist’s hours exceed the retainer amount, the balance is to be paid in full prior to release of the report. Likewise, any unused portion of the retainer will be promptly returned at the conclusion of the case.
PsychExperts & Associates, Inc. does not provide forensic services on a contingency fee basis per the Specialty Guidelines for Forensic Psychologists.
In addition to the Fee Schedule listed, we will accept other fee agreements that are standard or customary for a particular agency or court on a case-by-case basis.
A flat rate daily fee of $2000.00 is charged for out-of-town cases, plus reasonable travel expenses.

Because alternative bookings are unlikely at short notice, our policy is to charge one hour ($100.00) for appointment no shows, or cancellations that occur less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
